2003 Ford F-150 FORScan codes & mods
10th generation (1997–2003). Pre-CAN trucks using the older Ford SCP/PWM and ISO diagnostic protocols. FORScan can read and clear trouble codes, show live PCM data and run some self-tests, but there is essentially no As-Built configuration to change. Think of FORScan here as a capable Ford-specific scan tool rather than a mod tool.
We haven't found documented As-Built mods specific to the 2003 F-150. FORScan is still useful here for Ford-specific trouble codes, live data and service functions.
