Auto start/stop disable (via BMS) — F-150 FORScan mod (2015–2020)
Turns off engine auto start/stop by disabling the Battery Management System in the BCM, so stop/start never has a healthy battery to work with.

Notes
This disables battery management/smart charging rather than stop/start directly; community reports warn of battery overcharging and shorter battery life. A Gen 2 Raptor forum poster claimed stop/start can't be turned off with FORScan, which conflicts with the spreadsheet. Only applies to trucks equipped with auto start/stop.
How to apply it
- Back up every module's As-Built data and keep the files somewhere safe.
- Connect FORScan with a battery maintainer on, ignition ON and engine OFF.
- Open Configuration and Programming, choose the BCM module, open As-Built Format and edit only the digit described by the source.
- Write, follow any module reset prompt, cycle the ignition, then confirm the feature and check for new trouble codes.
