Notes

As-Built field per sheet: LostPKExteriorNotificationEnable_Cfg. Newer trucks (and Lightning) expose this as a SYNC setting ('Key Detection Alert'), so FORScan may be unnecessary; a 2025 KR owner reported his truck did not do this. A gen14 user describes it in FORScan easy mode simply as 'Double Honk' under BCM.

How to apply it

Back up every module's As-Built data and keep the files somewhere safe.
Connect FORScan with a battery maintainer on, ignition ON and engine OFF.
Open Configuration and Programming, choose the BCM module, open As-Built Format and edit only the digit described by the source.
Write, follow any module reset prompt, cycle the ignition, then confirm the feature and check for new trouble codes.
